All Students effective June 1, 2008 HOURS: 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, January through
December.
TUITION: Payable in Advance on the 1st and 15th of each month and Friday preceding week of enrollment..

Above prices include 2 snacks and a hot lunch. Before and After School includes one snack only. Breakfast is available
for $1 extra per day.
PAYMENT POLICIES:
● If tuition is not paid by Tuesday, a $15 late fee will be added. If not paid by Thursday, an additional $15 fee will
be added.
● 10% Discount for families with 2 or more full time children. Most expensive rate pays full. Least expensive rate(s)
10% discount.
● Initial registration and supply fee per family is $75 and is non-refundable.
● If your child is not present at all during the week, tuition is due to reserve the space. Exception is provided for 1
week each 6 month period provided child has attended 6 months consecutively prior to application of the free week.
There will be a limit of 2 weeks of free tuition per calendar year.
● Part time must be contracted for prior to week of attendance.
● $25 fee for returned checks.
● After 6:30 pm, there is a late pickup fee of $10 and $10 for every 5 minutes thereafter. If enrolled half day, $10
fee for after 2pm.
● Credit Cards are accepted for monthly and semi-monthly billing. Automatic withdrawal from checking account is
available. Weekly and Drop in payment shall be by check, cash, or debit(check) card..
● Tuition is based on a yearly schedule and holidays have been considered in the pricing of your tuition. This means
one must pay for holidays.
● Two week notice of withdrawal is required. Two weeks of absence credit is awarded per child. School agers get
1 week per semester.
● Credit cards are only taken for 2 or more weeks of tuition. This is to keep average charges high enough to reduce
credit card fees.
HOLIDAYS: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weekend, Christmas
